'NO MORE GREEN WATER' - Sounds to good to be true .. but we understand that this product from Aquatic Industries really works .. and that has to be good news for Koi and pond keepers everywhere, as green water has always been a problem for the pond keeper who does not use an Ultra Violet Clarifier... so this product is a real bonus for those pond keepers...
How it works:
- Causes the algae in green water to clump together safely and harmlessly so they can be removed by the filter.
- Works immediately to remove phosphates, the most essential food source for algae to stop green water forming.
- Uses bacteria and enzymes to enhance filters to remove nitrates and all nitrogen compounds to keep green water out.
- Uses super bacteria and enzymes to out-compete algae and diatoms for nutrients.
- Digests organic matter to stop new nutrients forming and clear the water.
- Uses vital trace elements, vitamins and stimulants to get all the bacteria and organisms in the pond working really well.
- Helps prevents new nutrients developing from fish faeces and organic matter.
- Totally harmless in use to all wildlife, animals, fish and plants & Children.
Instructions for Use:
Use one Tablespoon (25 grams) per 500 gallons of pond water. Place this in a bucket of pond water and stir to give a milky suspension. Switch off the filter and add slowly to the pond dispersing over as wide an area as possible.
After two hours switch the filter back on. The pond may become milky in appearance during the treatment but this will usually clear in 12 - 24 hours.
Use every time green water appears. If you do not have a filter then treat the pond two weeks after using No More Green Water with No More Sludge ! to digest the settled out algae.
If you top up your pond with tap water then avoid the recurrence of green water by using No More Toxic Pond with each top up.
Square and Rectangular Ponds: Calculate the volume of your pond (you can use our pond volume calculator - click here) or work it out manually - Length (ft) x Width x Depth x 6.23 = number of gallons - if you wish to have this in litres then multiply by 4.55 to give you the total litres ..
Circular Ponds: Diameter (ft) x diameter2 x average depth x 5 = number of gallons x 4.55 to give you the total litres.
Every 125 grams treats 2500 gallons (11,400 ltrs).
