What Is
Stop Sludge? Stop Sludge is a Liquid which quickly breaks
down organic waste (Sludge) which is usually found on the surface of
the pond and coating the pipes and filters.
What
Are The Benefits?
Stop Sludge
contains the correct balance
enzymes
that are best suited for the
decomposition and removal of
all organic waste - this
typically settles on your pond
floor, pipes and filters,
where inadvertent dead spaced
are created. Sludge demands
oxygen as it decays, therefore
reducing the available
dissolved oxygen in the water
which the fish and beneficial
bacteria depend on. Sludge
creates dirty areas that can
affect water clarity and
create unpleasant odours. It
also provides the perfect
environment for harmful
bacteria which can cause
server health problems for
your fish. By removing sludge you
increase your oxygen content, clarity and general condition of your
water.
Stop Sludge is
very simple to use and is 100%
environmental friendly and is
not harmful to humans, plants
or fish.
Stop Sludge Dosage....
Initial Dose: 1 X 15ml
Cup Full Of Stop Sludge for every 300ltrs/65Gallons of Pond Water.
Stop Sludge should be mixed in a Clean Bucket (Not a bucket
which has had any cleaning substances in etc)
with a small amount of pond water. Once you
have mixed the correct amount of Stop Sludge you can then
pour this into the Biological stage of your filter.
Follow Up Dose:
After one month of the initial dose you need
to do a follow up dose. 1 X 15ml Cap full of Stop Sludge
for every 600ltrs/130Gallons of Pond Water.
You can repeat the follow up dose again
after a further month if required.
Dosing Example: 5000 Gallon Pond. 5000 /
65 = 77. So you require 77 Cap fulls of Stop Sludge for
initial Dose. Follow Up dose Is half the amount of filter
Start as the Initial dose: 5000 / 130 = 38. So you require
38 Cap fulls is
required for the follow Up Dose.
Stop Sludge is available in 1ltr cartons, 1ltr treats a
pond upto 13,000 ltrs/ 3,000 Gallons.
