A quick, simple and
economic installation of a quality ‘In Ground Pool’ The Max

THE NEW TECHNOLOGY OF MAGIC -
EXCLUSIVE TO IASO
This new concept, exclusive to our pools, will give you a
great result - and this is simply achieved. Install one of our
MAX range of pools into a prepared hole and fill with water.
Then in the space between the pool liner and the excavated side,
pour in light concrete to form a mould retaining the sides.
TALK ABOUT QUALITY
The MAGIC system begins with the pool - an immensely strong
and durable structure comprising an Aluminium framework and
reinforced liner. It is simple to assemble and requires no
special tools! The liner is securely fixed to the rim of the
framework. Anodized Aluminium profiles, locked at points that are
manufactured of cast Aluminium, ensure a trouble-free future.
TALK ABOUT SAVINGS
This pool can be installed at a fraction of the cost of
conventional pool construction. The framework and liner are
light and compact and arrive neatly packed. For example, a pool
of 6 x 3m has a weight of only 125Kg and a volume of 0.45m3.
TALK ABOUT SIMPLICITY
Modular structure and durable liner assembled in as little as
1 to 2 hours by one person.
- no panels to fix in place
- no graduation of slope
- no unforeseen problems!
Simply follow the instructions and you’ll be delighted with
the result. For complete peace of mind every pool comes with a
2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
Excavation:
Clearly mark out the area to be
removed by machine. Excavate and lay a simple reinforced
concrete base ready to start the installation.
ASSEMBLY
No special tools are required to assemble the pool and the
method is simple. The excavated site will require a reinforced
concrete base. A pool of 6 x 3m requires approximately 7m3 of
concrete for this. Onto this should be placed an underlay. This
provides a suitable base for the liner. The pool is then erected
within the excavation and completely filled with water. At this
point more underlay should be taped to the complete external
surface of the liner. When all is satisfactorily in position the
concrete can be poured into the gap surrounding the pool. A
light concrete mixture is recommended. Approximately 9m3 of
concrete will be required for a 6 x 3m pool. The edges may be
finished off with any conventional type of coping of your
choice. (A wooden coping kit for a quality finish is available
from IASO.)
Filtration
The liner is supplied with areas that
have been reinforced for the installation of skimmers, returns
and vac points. The faceplate of these is fitted to the fixture
with stainless steel screws, which are easy to access. Once
installed connect them to the pipe work.
Surrounding the Pool
For this we use a special light mix of
materials, defined by IASO, which can be easily sourced. The
poured concrete will adapt to the shape of the pool and will
resist the movement of the surrounding soil. For example a pool
of 6 x 3 metres requires 8m3 of concrete for the surround.
The Edges
These may be finished off with any
conventional type of coping of your choice. A wooden coping kit
for a quality finish is available from IASO.
Filtration &
Accessories
- Access ladder
- Stainless steel ladder with non-slip steps.
- Through wall fittings
- Skimmer, returns, vac and draining point and lighting.
- Filtration housing
The housing completely encloses the
filtration system. Manufactured in fibreglass it is resistant to
corrosion. Inside it is fitted with a pump with prefilter, sand
filter with side mounted multiport valve, three inlet regulating
valves and an electrical control box with programmable timer.
THE LINER
Comprises a polyester fabric covered
both sides with PVC. The material is UV resistant and contains
an anti fungal treatment and is therefore not a simple liner. It
has a high resistance to perforation and tear (greater than 340
Kg/5cm) and is safe for use in temperatures from -30 Celsius up
to 70 Celsius. In the event of an accident the liner can easily
be repaired or in extreme cases totally replaced. |
