Tank Connectors (Flanged)

All our tank connectors are supplied with self tapping stainless steel screws and are therefore ideally suited for total immersion under water. Many inferior products use zinc plated screws and can have adverse effect under water, especially when salt or chemicals such as formalin and malachite green come into regular contact with such fixings.

New Age - 110mm Tank Connector

We have found a 'super' new style 'Tank Connector ... No more screws to have to tighten equally - no more sealant to try to prevent those proverbial leaks that are sometimes very hard to get at ....

No .. these new style are the very first that we have seen that tighten on their own very course and strong thread ... which can be just hand tightened onto the rubber seal that is provided with these new tank connectors ... and as these have grip nodules built into them then it is possible to get these even tighter by using a strap wrench - which of course will not harm the tank connector itself ...

Female Threaded Socket Connectors

These Threaded Connectors - very useful for that awkward job. these have a 1.5" female thread with a plain solvent weld socket on the other end ..  will for example convert the Aquamax Pumps from submersible to dry running on the inlet side of the pump ..  The New range of Aquamax pumps do however now also require a 2" female threaded connector which is also a useful union for the Black Solvent Weld Pipework this can then if required be reduced down to the 1.5" or 40mm to suit the pipework you are using ..  These are also available in 1.25" ...
