The Aquamax Eco Start Range of pumps
consists of 3 pumps the Eco 3500, Eco 5500, and the Eco 8500
there is also the standard Aquamax 2000 which is part of the
range but is not an Eco version.
As with the Standard Aquamax Eco pumps the
Eco start range now also enables you to save upto 25% on
your energy bills, this is partly due to the new energy
efficient Oase Motor.
- The Aquamax Eco Start have an
environmental function control which protects
against dry running and blockages.
(This does not include the Aquamax
2000).
- The pump housing on Aquamax pumps
is also know as the strainer, which has been
designed to allow debris upto 8mm in size to pass
through the pump, ideal for Koi waste and dead plant
debris.
- Oase's very own Multistage hose
connector that is suitable for three sizes of hose,
1", 1.25" and 1.5" (4 steps
for the Aquamax 2000 including the 3/4" step.)
along with stainless steel
wire hose clips are included in the package.
- The perfect pumps for
Watercourses and feeding filter systems.
- The Aquamax Eco Start come with a
3 year warranty and a warranty extension card to be
completed to give you 5 years guarantee in total.

Launched in 2006 The Aquamax Eco filter
and watercourse pumps have proven highly popular,
helping users to make savings of upto 40% in running
cost and reducing there carbon footprint.
There are 5 sizes of pumps in the range
which are available, they are the Eco
4000 CWS, Eco 6000 CWS, Eco 8000 CWS, Eco 12000 and Eco
16000.
For 2009 Oase have introduced a
"grouping" theme to some products called the Clear Water
System, as you will see the Aquamax Eco's 4000, 6000 and
8000 have joined this range, although no physical
changes have been made to the pumps them selves, the
difference is just the addition of CWS after the name,
Although only the 8000 will be officially a CWS In the
U.K. Thus
leaving room for improvements on the standard Aquamax
Eco's 12000 and 16000 which have now been given an
extended competitive edge with the innovative SFC -
Seasonal Flow Control.
About The SFC On
Eco 12,000 and 16,000....Upto an Additional 20% Saving
on Energy.....
The seasonal Flow Control adapts all
year round to the respective pond ecology and supports
the bio-system by enabling temperature-dependant water
circulation - Leading to an additional saving on energy
of up to 20% - This means that the two largest of the
Aquamax Eco Pumps can give you a saving on Energy of up
to 60%......

The flow
through 2nd inlet can be adjusted mechanically
from 0-100%. Ideal for the adjustment of the
skimmer or satellite filter capacity in 4 easy
steps. |
The flow rate
of the second adjustable inlet can be regulated
and allows connection of the satellite strainer
or a surface skimmer. |
The SFC Switch
Which is now fitted on the Eco 1200 and 16000
will help you to make further savings by a
possible further 20%. |


TWO INLETS - ONE OUTLET ! and the second inlet even has four
different steps for flow regulation - or alternatively instead of
using the Satellite case, you can connect the second inlet to one of
the Oase Surface Skimmers and pull in the floating debris from the
surface of the pond .. No other pump can offer these
capabilities ..
As you can see from the illustrations shown here - these pumps
are extremely easy to set up and connect to either the second remote
filter, or to the
Oase Surface Skimmer if one is to be fitted ..
