Pupae is a high in protein growth boosting Treat for your Koi.
Protein is the way to make fish grow rapidly, two important
points to remember are; 1) Do Not
Overfeed The Fish 2) Boosting A
fishes growth should only be done in Warmer weather, when the
water temperature is 15C or above.
As well as Protein MediKoi Silkworm Pupae are also full of EFA's
(Essential Fatty Acids). EFA's help to improve the fishes immune
system and also the mood of the fish, (Not that we can tell
this!)
Silkworm Pupae is ideal to supplement your Koi's
diet in warm summer temperatures, however it is important to give
the fish a "Rest" form the intense growing to help avoid the
possibility of cancers and other problems developing. A
possibility when "Resting" the fish from Silkworm Pupae would be
to feed on MediKoi Wheatgerm with Garlic. Koi Carp
love the taste, they gain improved lustre to their skin and become
more tame. You should not overfeed
Silkworm Pupae - only give them what they need and what they are
fighting for when you throw some Silkworm Pupae on the surface of
the pond ..
Growth
Inducing Feeds should not be fed when the water temperature is
lower than 15 C (degrees centigrade) Analysis:
- Crude protein 56%

- Crude Fibre 3.5%
- Moisture 7.5%
- Ash 3.5%
