The Smallest Size for a
vortex to be reasonably efficient is the 24inch diameter .. below
this diameter the efficiency level declines dramatically....
although we have to say that even a smaller one that sometimes comes
as an integral part of a filtration system, is far better than no
vortex at all....
We have several models and sizes of the Primary Vortex
Starting with our 24inchdiameter x 36inch tall - like all our
Vortex Units, they are all fitted with a waste outlet which is
situated in the very bottom of the vortex cone (and not as a side
exit - as some manufacturers continue to produce that do not work as
efficiently). The largest size we handle is our own 48inchdiameter x
61inch tall models.
All manufactured in GRP (Fibre Glass) and are exceptionally
