An Introduction to Stainless Steel Filters:
Complete Filtration Systems in 316 Stainless Steel....

This this unique design manufactured completely out of 316 Stainless Steel has to be the Ultimate of all Filtration Systems (even our own Fibre Glass ones)... and we are proud to be able to offer these for sale to our customers.

These systems have been designed especially to take 'The Answer' which is probably the finest piece of equipment ever to be introduced to the Aquatic World ...

These are very simple to connect together using the connections that are supplied with each system ... whilst the photograph on the right shows only one chamber with the unique 'Chip Basket' which holds the Japanese Matting cartridge - it would normally be supplied with for the second biological chamber ...
Of course quality such as these systems are can never be produced on the cheap .. but considering that you will most probably buy these only once in your own lifetime they do represent good value for money ..
Note the specially constructed inlet bringing the water in from either the pump or the bottom drain .. this automatically sets the flow correctly for 'The Answer' ... which then causes any fine particles to settle down into the bottom of the Chamber. A Bank of 3 Units ..
Which would cope with a pond volume of up to 5,000 gallons
The photograph on the left shows the same bank of four units, which comprises of the Prime settlement chamber and three biological chambers fitted out with the stainless steel basket which holds the full Japanese Matting cartridges.

Note the 'New' and unique connection to the pipework which is produced in 4" 316 stainless steel, to allow the maximum flows through the system ...and to your waste outlet...
In this photograph you get a much clearer view of the stainless steel (chip basket) - note the handles on each side which makes the job of just lifting the basket complete with the matting cartridge clear of the water when it can then be 'dunked' back into the water contained within the chamber to aid the cleaning of the matting cartridge.

But remember that the only deposits that will be actually on these cartridges will be dust as all particles of dirt larger than 100 micron are of course filtered out by 'The Answer' itself ... assuming of course you are going to fit The Answer ..
The photograph on the left shows an actual system which we have been pleased to supply to a customer overseas.

The pipework linking each unit is also in 316 stainless which are fitted below the actual units - tucked nicely out of the way and each chamber has its own valve to 'flush' the collected debris direct to waste via the 1.5" White ABS pipework we chose to use for this customer.

Each waste outlet has its own 1.5" Ball Valve..

Each biological unit comes complete with the superb 316 stainless steel 'Chip Basket' (a super idea) and I can't for the life of me understand why we have not though of such a simple method of holding the Japanese Matting etc, before this was introduced by Evolution Aqua ...  It makes the job of actually cleaning the matting so very much easier ..

Single stage system:

  • 1 x Single Biological Chamber

Complete with stainless Chip Basket and all Japanese Matting and which will cope with ponds up to 2,500 gallons is just £2119.15 plus Vat in the UK and other EEC countries (£2490) plus £100 carriage on the UK mainland.
