These extremely strong, superbly finished, Fibre Glass units are, in our opinion, probably the best there is available anywhere in the world ..

Ready to use and the only thing you need to do is supply the electric socket - the water - and the waste outlet pipe and connect that to the special outlet built into the tank and which is fitted with a slide valve ..

So with these features you can plan your Quarantine System correctly and have it located almost anywhere you wish ... it is a simple matter to be able to connect the Tank to a suitable quarantine size filter such as the KF4000V (shown below) which can be Gravity Fed from the bottom drain on these tanks - that will of course have to be raised so that the water level in the filtration system is exactly the same as it is within the Quarantine Tank when the pump is switched off ..

Because of the ridgity of both these Quarantine Tanks and the KF4000V - it is also a simple matter of attaching to either a suitable Ultra Violet Steriliser and a very suitable one for this system would be either the 8wt or the 15wt sizes... (see our UV's)

Ideal Quarantine Filters:

The KF4000V which is basically the same body of the filter as the KF4000 featured below - but the KF5000-V has an integral Vortex which is worth its weight in gold .... This filter is without doubt the best selling small filter that we have and it has been sold to customers all over the world, including the Far East ...
  

Like the KF4000, the KF5000-V does have the drain off' at the bottom of the chambers and the vortex has its own ... for easy flushing the waste to the access point .. but we do recommend that you fit the three slide valves and connecting pipe to make your own life easy and to enable you to flush the waste direct to the waste disposal point available.

The KF5000V has a 3" inlet which can be either Gravity or Pump fed using one of our special 'Pump Feed Adaptors' listed below...

We can also supply the slide valves for each of the three waste outlets and the connecting pipework if required. (pipework required 1 x 3mtr Length of 40mm pipe - 1 x 40mm x 90 degree swept bend - 2 x 40mm 'T' pieces and 3 x 1.5" Slide Valves with 40mm Insert Bushes)
