Advanced Koi Filtration from Oasis....

        

Whether you are a beginner or experienced water gardener, you will probably have one objective and that is to achieve a clean, clear, healthy pond. Ponds can be affected by various factors such as unconsumed fish food, decomposing vegetation and fish excrement. If these pollutants are allowed to accumulate, in time they will become harmful to your fish. The use of a biological filter will remove these toxins (nitrite, ammonia) and provide good quality water with the additional benefit of reducing algae growth. Carefully study the product guide to help you choose the correct filter, but remember when making your selection that if your pond gallonage is close to the maximum capacity of the filter, then we would suggest that you choose the next model up.  Choosing a smaller filter than is actually needed would be false economy - as well as never really achieving that 'crystal clear' water quality in your pond

Vortex Chamber: This process removes heavy sediment that would normally congest brushes or foams. Brush Chamber: Removes any remaining heavy solids that have come through the vortex. Biocartridge Chamber: Uses highly efficient foam cartridges to create a mass surface area for mechanical &biological filtration. Final Chamber: Multi layered foams for water polishing and Flocor for additional biological action.

The unique design of the VOR-TEC™ filters allow for a slide-valve assembly (Included in the price) enabling the user to back-flush the unit. This process automatically clears excess sediment from the filter VOR-TEC™ sumps without wasting too much pond water. The range of VOR-TEC™ filters are available in Pump Feed or Gravity Feed (please state when ordering).

The bio-master filter range provide effective mechanical and biological filtration. Each filter contains multi-layers of foam and flocor. The inlets are positioned at the top and outlets are positioned near to the bottom of the Bio-Filter.

Green water can be a thing of the past, when you choose one of the  quality built compact filter units from Oasis.  Utilizing the powerful ultra violet linear UV., neatly housed within the filter lid.   Water enters the UV. unit and is subjected to the UV. light, then is transferred to the filter unit through the integral spray bar assembly.  The design of the UV unit allows easy removal of inspection lid when routine maintenance is required.
