NEW 'SENSATIONAL' UPGRADES AND
MODIFICATIONS TO THE 'NEXUS' FILTERS

Modification for all Gravity Fed
Systems fitted with 'The Answer'...
In this image on Below you can see
the the final exit chamber of the Nexus ... most of you that fitted
a Gravity Fed System will already have the Kaldnes in that chamber -
and appreciate how difficult it is to clean the K1 and remove all
the gathered particles of collected dirt ... Well NOT
ANY MORE ... with this New Modification - you can clean this chamber
easily and without even getting your hands wet ..
How do we now achieve this ... you
will note that in addition to the air line pipe with takes the air
flow to the bottom of the NeXus K1 chamber, that there is now a 'T'
off that connection and also a built in air tap (which comes as part
of the modification) and you will see that the new section of air
line goes down into this chamber ... That connects to a New
special 'D' plate which has been fitted with a connection for you to
connect the air line to .. So Far so Good ....
You will also note that there is now
a clear 'Weir' plate attached to the inside of the Stainless Steel
Grill Plate which is now 'FULL HEIGHT' .. and again this and
all the parts you require to modify your own NeXus System - whether
the 200 or the 300 - are included in the modification Kit ..
HOW DOES IT WORK - Having
installed the Modification as per the simple instructions when it
comes to cleaning - it could not be simpler .. all you are
required to do is to of course shut down the system, and then turn
the air divert tap on the system to divert the air flow supply from
the main Nexus chamber to the Final Exit Chamber - this will then
vigorously stir up the K1 and you will see the collected dirt
particles being released ... the ball valve, if you fitted one
to the final exit chamber as per the instructions that came with
your Nexus, should be opened and the filthy dirty water now in the
final exit chamber will be flushed to waste - continue to flush
using the air supply until you are happy that the K1 in the final
exit chamber is clean ...

In the photo on the right you can see how the
Kaldnes Floating Media is packed round the central section of the
NeXus - no Air is passed through this central chamber when the filter
is in full operation - it is there to simply collect every single
particle of dirt that is brought into the NeXus, either by Gravity or
Pump Feed Systems - and it works so unbelievably and you really do
have to see it to appreciate how well it works and how very
EASY it is now to clean
your NeXus Filtration System ..
so EASY that you won't even have to get
your Hands Wet .. how many other filtration system can you say
this about .. in a word - NONE
The photo on the left shows the NeXus EAZY without the Kaldnes and you can
see the New Central Chamber and how it is constructed - the main body,
or outer ring of this Central Chamber is in 316 Stainless Steel -
which is securely fastened to the base of the NeXus Unit - the upper
section is solid sheeting whist the lower section is the actual grill
plate which allows the incoming water from the pond to enter this
central chamber and pass upwards through the very compact mass of
Kaldnes within this chamber and down the very central transfer pipe
(the black one) and into the main biological chamber of the NeXus
System - and eventually through the final exit chamber and back to the
pond via the pump - (heater if fitted) and UV system...
Having tried proved and tested this NeXus 200 ourselves - there is no doubt in
our own minds that these are the finest filters available anywhere
on the world market.
We have no hesitation in recommending them to
our customers. - we will of course be adding these new modifications
to our own systems.

NO OTHER FILTER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD
CAN POSSIBLY WORK BETTER THAN THESE NEW 'EAZY NEXUS' SYSTEMS .. . of
that we are very confident ..
Customers can be assured that if they
wish to take a holiday - even for as long as 6 weeks, that the NeXus
EAZY can cope with all the waste problems during that time
without any attention.
NO OTHER FILTRATION SYSTEM IN THE WORLD CAN DO THIS
When it comes to the periodic
routine of cleaning your system is is SO EASY to do .. simply
switch off the system, close the slide valve if you have a gravity fed
system - then Divert the Air from the Kaldnes Biological Chamber by
turning a simple Air Tap (see hand in picture) and the full Air flow is diverted from the
biological chamber to the central chamber where it then stirs up the
Kaldnes within that central chamber and releases any gathered
particles of dirt, which once the Ball Valve on the waste system is
opened, pull all of those loose and free flowing dirt particles from
the central chamber and they are 'Flushed' to waste - you can repeat
this to ensure that the Kaldnes in that central chamber is
scrupulously clean - and that is all there is to it ..
then it is a matter of closing the Ball Valve to shut off the waste -
open the slide or ball valve on the Gravity Fed System, or switch the
pump on the Pump Fed Systems - and your NeXus filter is working again
- NO HANDS GOT WET AT ALL during this entire process ..

The Normal drain off connections from the bottom of the NeXus should
where possible be done as per the photo shown here ... and the parts
used are 1 x PVC x 1/5" 'T' - 1 x PVC reducing bush 1.5" to 3/4" - 1 x
PVC 3/4" x 90 degree elbow and a short length of PVC 3/4" PVC pipe -
all parts should be Solvent welded to give firm secure watertight
connections ..
 You
can also see the 2 Drain off valves both fitted in this case with Ball
Valves (the photo left shows how these two ball valves (one from the
Central Chamber and one from the Kaldnes chamber) which come as part
of the standard equipment.
It is however advisable to also fit a further waste
outlet on the final exit of the NeXus - this should where possible be
connected direct to waste - in the photo you can see how this
can quite easily be achieved by linking that into the same waste pipe
as the others ..
If you do already have the NeXus
System fitted, whether it is the 200 or the 300 then please believe
me when I say that you simply must have this fantastic modification
- you cannot afford not to have it ...
