We have modified the Prime Vortex from
our Systems range and the photograph shows the middle size
Answer - the 325 nicely fitted into our 24" Vortex
(now Settlement Chamber) |

We have also including a special Baffle Board
which fits neatly into the unit and diverts the incoming water
in an upwards direction which is now required as we no longer
need the vortex action when we have The Answer ...
These modified Units stand at 36" tall
and have an inside diameter of 24" ... and although
we do show the 325 Answer in this photograph .. it will also
take The Answer 410 with ease and we have had one of the
Original Answers installed in one of these 24" x 36"
units now since The Answer was introduced in July 2001 but with
the addition of our special baffle board it makes the fitting
even easier ...

We have also produced a
slightly larger Fibre Glass Settlement Chamber which still
stands at 36" tall but has in internal diameter of
30" for those who may wish to have a little more room
when installing The Answer 410 - The photograph on the
right shows the our special Baffle Board which deflects
the incoming water upwards and over the top of The Answer
- thus then allowing the finer particles in the water and
other debris to drop slowly down to the bottom of the
settlement chamber where it can then be flushed to waste
.. and both of these Settlement chambers also come with a
2" Slide Valve for this purpose at no additional
charge ..
This new vortex which is 30"
internal diameter and stands at 36" tall - is ideal
for Use in conjunction with The Answer on even the largest
pond as the primary settlement chamber working from a
single bottom drain. Because it is small, it will fit in
easy and of course when it comes to flushing out the
gathered debris and fine materials that are in the vortex,
which of course no longer is a vortex but just a
settlement chamber ... you are not wasting water
unnecessarily as you would if the primary settlement
chamber was much larger, which certainly is not necessary
today ..
So by buying one of our 30"
36" vortex units already converted to take The
Answer, complete with internal inlet deflection plate -
and replacing that large vortex on your own system is both
desirable and beneficial ... and will take The Answer 410
- 325 - and 250
