As their names imply they have a diameter of
250mm or 325mm and they will fit comfortably in most settlement,
or vortex chambers and are easy to install.
Also the Answer has the same easy to remove lid
and requires only a minimal amount of servicing, depending on the
volume of the pond and the actual stocking levels of Koi or other
pond fish ... roughly once per week is all that is normally
required to remove the lid and screen which should then, if
possible, be pressure washed to leave the screen as scrupulously
clean as the day you bought it... a good garden hose with a jet
nozzle will also cope quite well .. but surely it makes sense if
you don't already have a pressure washer to pop down to the local
store and buy one .. you will find that it has hundreds of uses,
like cleaning the car, cleaning the driveways etc, apart from
being the ideal companion to The Answer .. and even your good lady
won't grumble at you for spending more money - or will she ? |
