Air Line & Hose

Air line, of course, like the air stones, is essential for any Koi or pond keeper, and allows the air being generated by the Air Pump, to be delivered to the point where it is required ..

Air Line is very cheap and it is always useful to have some on hand at all times, as like many products, it may require replacing from time to time ... as it becomes quite brittle ...

PLEASE NOTE: Airline of 1/4" - 3/8" bore size is highly recommended in all cases when supplying bottom drains which are equipped with turbo air diffusers - the bore size depends on how far the air line run is to the diffuser drains... the size we normally specify with orders received is the 1/4" ...

Silicone Air Line:

This Silicone Air Line is a lot more subtle and pliable than the normal 4mm/6mm air line and is highly recommended to our customers...

The cost of this is only a little bit more whilst you are spending all your hard earned money ...

Air Line Fittings Continued:

Air Line Check Valves .. these simply fit in line and prevent water from the system back siphoning back into the Air Pumps if the power fails or when maintaining the system and the power is switched off ..

These simple Non Return Valves (check valves) are very important if you cannot mount your air pump above the water level in your system ...  Remember accidents can and do happen .. don't let it happen to you for the sake of a few pence ..  always have a few on hand as you never know when you may need them ..
