Livestock and Equipment....

The AquaTrax v2 Livestock database contains a wide selection of livestock. This is categorised into:

• Fish
• Plants
• Corals
• Invertebrates (including Snails, Crabs, Shrimps, etc)

Each category has context sensitive fields, allowing you to record all aspects relevant to the livestock item. For example fish records contain details on breeding, size, sex, etc, whereas plants contain details such as height, lighting requirements, etc. All items are grouped by their families and allow you to record several common names as well as the Latin/scientific name, photos, videos, etc.

The livestock database is synchronized with AquaTrax Online central database, allowing new and updated livestock to be added to your database with the minimum of effort. The database is also fully searchable allowing you to find just the right plant, fish, etc. for your setup.

Unique to AquaTrax v2 is the equipment database. With AquaTrax v2 you have the ability to record or lookup all sorts of information about your equipment. Equipment has been grouped into the following sections: (Remember you can always add new sub sections if what you need is not there)

• Tanks
• Filters
• Filter Media
• Pumps
• Light Ballasts
• Light Tubes
• Heaters
• Other Equipment
• Water Treatments

Under the “Other Equipment” section you can record any type of equipment that you can think of, such as protein skimmers, thermometers, CO2 systems, sand & gravel. You may wish to write a review on a product and upload it for others to see.
